I just want to thank you for the way that you kept me informed at all stages of the sale of my late brother's house. It has been a very emotional time for me and you have been very professional while at the same time being full of empathy. I was so pleased when we eventually got to exchange contracts. Having selected your company for the sale of my house, which had been owned and occupied by my late wife and myself for 63 years, I would like to express appreciation on behalf of myself and my immediate family, for the manner in which the whole procedure was conducted.
