    NALS haart is also a member of the National Approved Letting Scheme (NALS). NALS is an independent licensing scheme for lettings and management agents, which ensures that all members provide defined standards of customer service, are part of a Client Money Protection Scheme and operate a customer complaints procedure with independent redress.

    SAFEagent 

    haart is one of the original supporters of SAFEagent, a Government backed kitemark that denotes firms that protect landlords' and tenants' money through Client Money Protection Schemes. 

    The Property Ombudsmen 

    haart is a full member of The Property Ombudsmen (TPO).     This scenic country town lies in Kent and has a population of 113,000. It is 39 miles south-east of central London and is just under an hour via train, making it accessible for commuters. The town centre sports a boutique-style arcade, a market, cafés and restaurants, and a number of picturesque parks.

    Nearby are several 'Outstanding' schools and grammar schools as rated by Ofsted. The close-by Kent Downs are noted as Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty, making Maidstone a sought-after area. Maidstone has two stations: Maidstone East and Maidstone West. Maidstone East runs services to Canterbury and London Victoria - you can get to both within an hour. Trains to Ashford International, and its Eurostar services to Paris, Brussels and Lille, take only 25 minutes. Maidstone West runs local services.
