We had brilliant service from start to finish. We had the property on the market with two other estate agents and had no end of problems, there seemed no proactively around the sale. Once haart got on board, the process was a lot more professional and we had an offer reasonably quickly. The team were always keeping in contact with me and their whole approach was more proactive. Once we accepted an offer the team continued to keep in touch to see how things were progressing. We had a period where the buyer could have pulled out, but with the help of Jenny this was all sorted out. Jenny has been amazing throughout, she was always up to date with what was happening and helped with communication between myself, the buyer and also the other estate agent we were buying from. That agent also commented how well Jenny was dealing with the sale, as every time he phoned she was aware of exactly what was happening and also ensured I was fully up to date. Great team but particularly impressed with the service provided by Jenny.
