We have excellent links with the relevant press and we have a register of tenants looking for such property. We provide a robust internet presence through our memberships of the major UK property portals together with listings on our own website. Our specialist rural lettings department offers a flexible service in the following areas: Find a tenant only We prepare sales details, marketing strategy and advice (including property procurement for the market). We draw up the tenancy including dealing with deposits and inventories. Management We manage the property year round including re-letting when tenants vacate and we also deal with ongoing issues including maintenance and repair, rent collection and reporting to clients.
