Denbighshire, with an overall average price of £205,714, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Wrexham (County of) (£207,521), but was cheaper than Flintshire (£223,590) and Conwy (County of) (£233,951). The priciest area within Denbighshire was Gwaenysgor (£2,150,000) and the least expensive was Bryneglwys (£107,500).
During the last year, sold prices in Denbighshire were 10% down on the previous year and 6% down on 2021 when the average house price was £217,961.
