Denbighshire, with an overall average price of £201,812, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Wrexham (County of) (£205,721), but was cheaper than Flintshire (£222,413) and Conwy (County of) (£239,710). The priciest area within Denbighshire was Gwaenysgor (£1,375,000) and the least expensive was Bryneglwys (£107,500).
During the last year, sold prices in Denbighshire were 10% down on the previous year and 7% down on 2021 when the average house price was £217,903.
