House Prices in Lincolnshire

Last year most property sales in Lincolnshire involved detached properties which sold for on average £316,319. Semi-detached properties sold for an average price of £186,194, while terraced properties fetched £144,954.

Lincolnshire, with an overall average price of £228,089 was cheaper than nearby Nottinghamshire (£250,357), Rutland (£456,291) and Leicestershire (£297,650). The priciest area within Lincolnshire was Tealby (£600,000) and the least expensive was Grimsby (£132,443).
