South London, with an overall average price of £443,543, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby South East London (£421,618), but was cheaper than South West London (£642,823) and Central London (£1,419,537). The priciest area within South London was Lambeth (£535,529) and the least expensive was Croydon (£320,710).
During the last year, sold prices in South London were 8% up on the previous year and 25% up on 2012 when the average house price was £355,039.
