House Prices in Suffolk

Most of the sales in Suffolk over the past year were detached properties which on average sold for £283,712. Terraced properties had an average sold price of £149,915 and semi-detached properties averaged at £171,958.

Suffolk, with an overall average price of £202,993 was more expensive than nearby Norfolk (£185,703), but was cheaper than Essex (£240,392) and Cambridgeshire (£225,841). The most expensive area within Suffolk was Walberswick (£606,771) and the cheapest was Brandon (£120,751).

In the past year house prices in Suffolk were similar to the year before and similar to 2010 when they averaged at £206,686.
