Most of the sales in Abbots Bromley over the past year were detached properties which on average sold for £448,690. Terraced properties had an average sold price of £300,000 and semi-detached properties averaged at £254,000.
Abbots Bromley, with an overall average price of £400,160 was more expensive than nearby Yoxall (£357,198) and Rugeley (£191,172), but was cheaper than Kings Bromley (£482,209).
In the past year house prices in Abbots Bromley were 38% up on the year before and 13% up on 2012 when they averaged at £355,534.
