The majority of sales in Alresford during the last year were detached properties, selling for an average price of £429,283. Terraced properties sold for an average of £272,107, with semi-detached properties fetching £304,930.

Alresford, with an overall average price of £349,804, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Kings Worthy (£335,057), but was cheaper than Medstead (£433,657) and Four Marks (£375,526).

Overall sold prices in Alresford over the last year were 11% up on the previous year and similar to the 2007 level of £353,625.
