The majority of sales in Arnold during the last year were semi-detached properties, selling for an average price of £112,319. Detached properties sold for an average of £188,450, with terraced properties fetching £100,309.

Arnold, with an overall average price of £128,452 was more expensive than nearby Sherwood (£120,550), but was cheaper than Woodthorpe (£156,692) and Mapperley Plains (£195,334).
