The majority of sales in Arnside during the last year were detached properties, selling for an average price of £250,425. Flats sold for an average of £247,345, with semi-detached properties fetching £212,813.
Arnside, with an overall average price of £240,359 was more expensive than nearby Grange-Over-Sands (£224,752) and Milnthorpe (£215,792), but was cheaper than Cartmel (£308,246).
Overall sold prices in Arnside over the last year were 10% down on the previous year and 14% down on the 2008 level of £278,483.
