The majority of sales in Ascot during the last year were detached properties, selling for an average price of £1,158,505. Flats sold for an average of £356,304, with semi-detached properties fetching £421,713.

Ascot, with an overall average price of £653,656 was more expensive than nearby Sunninghill (£548,728) and Winkfield Row (£354,516), but was cheaper than Sunningdale (£1,034,255).

Overall sold prices in Ascot over the last year were 12% up on the previous year and 4% down on the 2008 level of £681,195.
