The majority of sales in Ascot during the last year were detached properties, selling for an average price of £1,353,032. Flats sold for an average of £462,005, with semi-detached properties fetching £461,708.
Ascot, with an overall average price of £748,214 was more expensive than nearby Sunninghill (£555,475) and Winkfield Row (£602,955), but was cheaper than Sunningdale (£894,849).
Overall sold prices in Ascot over the last year were 10% up on the previous year and 10% up on the 2008 level of £680,302.
