The majority of sales in Bamber Bridge during the last year were semi-detached properties, selling for an average price of £136,650. Detached properties sold for an average of £211,698, with terraced properties fetching £97,113.
Bamber Bridge, with an overall average price of £145,672, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Lostock Hall (£143,663), but was more expensive than Higher Walton (£122,159) and cheaper than Clayton-Le-Woods (£184,823).
Overall sold prices in Bamber Bridge over the last year were 12% up on the previous year and 6% up on the 2008 level of £137,544.
