The majority of sales in Bamber Bridge during the last year were terraced properties, selling for an average price of £96,049. Detached properties sold for an average of £206,515, with semi-detached properties fetching £130,740.
Bamber Bridge, with an overall average price of £140,808, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Lostock Hall (£143,874), but was more expensive than Higher Walton (£126,125) and cheaper than Clayton-Le-Woods (£175,835).
Overall sold prices in Bamber Bridge over the last year were 14% up on the previous year and 3% up on the 2007 level of £136,407.
