Last year most property sales in Bath involved flats which sold for on average £307,854. Terraced properties sold for an average price of £423,277, while semi-detached properties fetched £396,838.
Bath, with an overall average price of £406,279, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Combe Down (£407,702), but was more expensive than Bath Spa (£330,877) and Weston (£382,669).
During the last year, sold prices in Bath were 10% up on the previous year and 17% up on 2013 when the average house price was £348,070.
