The majority of sales in Battersea during the last year were flats, selling for an average price of £816,287. Terraced properties sold for an average of £1,232,406, with semi-detached properties fetching £1,543,538.
Battersea, with an overall average price of £895,269 was more expensive than nearby Clapham Junction (£836,214), but was cheaper than Nine Elms (£943,104) and New Covent Garden (£1,124,645).
Overall sold prices in Battersea over the last year were 12% up on the previous year and 4% up on the 2014 level of £862,862.
