Bellingham, with an overall average price of £280,780 was cheaper than nearby Catford (£334,007), Lower Sydenham (£334,487) and Forest Hill (£429,189).
During the last year, sold prices in Bellingham were 27% up on the previous year and 39% up on 2007 when the average house price was £202,080.
