Most of the sales in Bessacarr over the past year were detached properties which on average sold for £240,257. Semi-detached properties had an average sold price of £136,155 and terraced properties averaged at £110,778.
Bessacarr, with an overall average price of £183,277, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Branton (£189,746), but was more expensive than Cantley (£162,651) and Rossington (£114,262).
In the past year house prices in Bessacarr were similar to the year before and similar to 2007 when they averaged at £184,021.
