Last year most property sales in Bilston involved semi-detached properties which sold for on average £113,764. Terraced properties sold for an average price of £105,359, while detached properties fetched £167,955.
Bilston, with an overall average price of £115,993, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Tipton (£120,559) and Wednesbury (£118,123), but was cheaper than Sedgley (£235,837).
