The majority of sales in Bingley during the last year were terraced properties, selling for an average price of £138,111. Semi-detached properties sold for an average of £155,994, with flats fetching £103,800.

Bingley, with an overall average price of £153,564, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Saltaire (£154,599), but was more expensive than Cottingley (£137,205) and cheaper than Eldwick (£204,446).
