The majority of sales in Bispham during the last year were semi-detached properties, selling for an average price of £116,530. Terraced properties sold for an average of £100,753, with detached properties fetching £189,247.
Bispham, with an overall average price of £118,834, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Bispham (£122,770), but was cheaper than Fylde Coast (£144,643) and Cleveleys (£135,474).
Overall sold prices in Bispham over the last year were 6% up on the previous year and 15% down on the 2007 level of £140,350.
