The majority of sales in Bispham during the last year were semi-detached properties, selling for an average price of £120,799. Terraced properties sold for an average of £96,839, with detached properties fetching £195,787.
Bispham, with an overall average price of £121,276, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Bispham (£123,711), but was cheaper than Fylde Coast (£145,611) and Cleveleys (£130,755).
Overall sold prices in Bispham over the last year were 3% up on the previous year and 14% down on the 2007 level of £140,350.
