The majority of sales in Bispham during the last year were semi-detached properties, selling for an average price of £116,570. Terraced properties sold for an average of £98,124, with detached properties fetching £189,268.
Bispham, with an overall average price of £119,832, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Bispham (£122,316), but was cheaper than Fylde Coast (£144,325) and Cleveleys (£131,663).
Overall sold prices in Bispham over the last year were 4% up on the previous year and 15% down on the 2007 level of £140,350.
