The majority of sales in Botany Bay during the last year were flats, selling for an average price of £267,601. Terraced properties sold for an average of £407,917, with semi-detached properties fetching £494,836.
Botany Bay, with an overall average price of £372,341, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Enfield Chase (£360,977) and The Ridgeway (£382,263), but was more expensive than Chase Side (£333,965).
Overall sold prices in Botany Bay over the last year were 19% up on the previous year and 23% up on the 2010 level of £301,556.
