The majority of sales in Brampton during the last year were detached properties, selling for an average price of £250,870. Terraced properties sold for an average of £107,430, with semi-detached properties fetching £141,936.
Brampton, with an overall average price of £174,243 was more expensive than nearby Carlisle (£133,324) and Alston (£143,837), but was cheaper than Dalston (£229,490).
Overall sold prices in Brampton over the last year were 18% up on the previous year and 12% down on the 2012 level of £197,399.
