Last year most property sales in Brent involved flats which sold for on average £423,158. Semi-detached properties sold for an average price of £635,589, while terraced properties fetched £519,489.
Brent, with an overall average price of £484,192, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Preston (£492,663) and Wembley Park (£470,193), but was more expensive than Wembley (£449,771).
During the last year, sold prices in Brent were 13% up on the previous year and 17% up on 2015 when the average house price was £412,489.
