The majority of sales in Bristol during the last year were terraced properties, selling for an average price of £250,725. Flats sold for an average of £200,308, with semi-detached properties fetching £275,403.
Bristol, with an overall average price of £259,388, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby St. Werburghs (£261,240), but was more expensive than Eastville (£202,010) and Easton (£212,750).
Overall sold prices in Bristol over the last year were 8% up on the previous year and 19% up on the 2013 level of £217,487.
