Last year most property sales in Bromborough involved semi-detached properties which sold for on average £169,338. Terraced properties sold for an average price of £130,366, while detached properties fetched £272,554.
Bromborough, with an overall average price of £177,406, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Eastham (£181,504), but was more expensive than Port Sunlight (£137,387) and cheaper than Spital (£232,664).
During the last year, sold prices in Bromborough were 5% up on the previous year and 6% up on 2014 when the average house price was £167,430.
