The majority of sales in Burbage during the last year were detached properties, selling for an average price of £290,855. Semi-detached properties sold for an average of £173,954, with terraced properties fetching £154,812.
Burbage, with an overall average price of £229,054 was more expensive than nearby Hinckley (£192,519) and Barwell (£138,407), but was cheaper than Sapcote (£245,271).
Overall sold prices in Burbage over the last year were 11% up on the previous year and 9% up on the 2013 level of £210,216.
