Most of the sales in Burton Latimer over the past year were semi-detached properties which on average sold for £141,782. Detached properties had an average sold price of £254,052 and terraced properties averaged at £141,331.
Burton Latimer, with an overall average price of £178,750, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Finedon (£171,297), but was cheaper than Isham (£275,405) and Barton Seagrave (£212,296).
In the past year house prices in Burton Latimer were similar to the year before and 3% up on 2012 when they averaged at £174,068.
