Most of the sales in Camden over the past year were flats which on average sold for £735,116. Terraced properties had an average sold price of £2,201,122 and semi-detached properties averaged at £3,716,667.
Camden, with an overall average price of £1,068,303 was more expensive than nearby Camden Town (£748,833), Euston (£935,437) and St Pancras (£630,429).
In the past year house prices in Camden were 20% up on the year before and 39% up on 2012 when they averaged at £770,527.
