Last year most property sales in Chadwell Heath involved terraced properties which sold for on average £351,876. Flats sold for an average price of £196,713, while semi-detached properties fetched £359,111.
Chadwell Heath, with an overall average price of £303,181, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Marks Gate (£309,500), but was more expensive than Eastbrook (£281,203) and Beacontree Heath (£281,203).
During the last year, sold prices in Chadwell Heath were 15% up on the previous year and 37% up on 2008 when the average house price was £221,045.
