Last year most property sales in Chadwell Heath involved terraced properties which sold for on average £362,939. Flats sold for an average price of £204,331, while semi-detached properties fetched £381,964.
Chadwell Heath, with an overall average price of £319,164, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Marks Gate (£325,049), but was more expensive than Eastbrook (£291,433) and Beacontree Heath (£291,433).
During the last year, sold prices in Chadwell Heath were 11% up on the previous year and 33% up on 2014 when the average house price was £240,144.
