The majority of sales in Chalfont St. Peter during the last year were detached properties, selling for an average price of £962,327. Flats sold for an average of £571,619, with semi-detached properties fetching £556,643.
Chalfont St. Peter, with an overall average price of £763,218, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Chalfont St. Giles (£750,545), but was cheaper than Gerrards Cross (£873,823) and Seer Green (£1,029,648).
Overall sold prices in Chalfont St. Peter over the last year were 17% up on the previous year and 39% up on the 2008 level of £549,060.
