Last year most property sales in Chapel-En-Le-Frith involved semi-detached properties which sold for on average £168,176. Detached properties sold for an average price of £302,915, while terraced properties fetched £149,990.
Chapel-En-Le-Frith, with an overall average price of £203,012, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby High Peak (£200,072), but was cheaper than Chinley (£225,000) and Whaley Bridge (£228,029).
During the last year, sold prices in Chapel-En-Le-Frith were 15% up on the previous year and 4% up on 2008 when the average house price was £195,771.
