Most of the sales in Chase Side over the past year were terraced properties which on average sold for £411,420. Flats had an average sold price of £211,396 and semi-detached properties averaged at £458,167.
Chase Side, with an overall average price of £344,633, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Enfield Chase (£353,805) and Enfield Town (£338,553), but was more expensive than Enfield (£327,196).
In the past year house prices in Chase Side were 7% up on the year before and 18% up on 2010 when they averaged at £291,604.
