The majority of sales in Cheshunt during the last year were terraced properties, selling for an average price of £280,503. Flats sold for an average of £179,392, with semi-detached properties fetching £321,932.
Cheshunt, with an overall average price of £280,854, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Waltham Cross (£287,729), but was cheaper than Goffs Oak (£463,039) and Broxbourne (£348,626).
Overall sold prices in Cheshunt over the last year were 10% up on the previous year and 19% up on the 2011 level of £235,088.
