The majority of sales in Cheshunt during the last year were terraced properties, selling for an average price of £275,068. Flats sold for an average of £175,176, with semi-detached properties fetching £320,113.
Cheshunt, with an overall average price of £276,103, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Waltham Cross (£284,598), but was cheaper than Goffs Oak (£489,473) and Broxbourne (£334,542).
Overall sold prices in Cheshunt over the last year were 10% up on the previous year and 17% up on the 2011 level of £235,127.
