Most of the sales in Childs Hill over the past year were flats which on average sold for £533,291. Terraced properties had an average sold price of £692,250 and semi-detached properties averaged at £1,027,500.
Childs Hill, with an overall average price of £838,133 was more expensive than nearby Brent Cross (£725,281), but was cheaper than Golders Green (£936,077) and Temple Fortune (£1,107,839).
In the past year house prices in Childs Hill were similar to the year before and 19% down on 2012 when they averaged at £1,029,234.
