Most of the sales in Childs Hill over the past year were flats which on average sold for £630,455. Semi-detached properties had an average sold price of £1,520,556 and terraced properties averaged at £709,438.
Childs Hill, with an overall average price of £850,335 was more expensive than nearby Brent Cross (£754,980), but was cheaper than Golders Green (£960,224) and Temple Fortune (£1,102,099).
In the past year house prices in Childs Hill were 16% down on the year before and 17% down on 2012 when they averaged at £1,029,234.
