Most of the sales in Childs Hill over the past year were flats which on average sold for £928,595. Semi-detached properties had an average sold price of £1,096,875 and terraced properties averaged at £531,091.
Childs Hill, with an overall average price of £1,045,148, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Temple Fortune (£1,019,341), but was more expensive than Golders Green (£866,763) and Brent Cross (£462,773).
In the past year house prices in Childs Hill were 57% up on the year before and 16% up on 2010 when they averaged at £902,933.
