The majority of sales in Clapton during the last year were flats, selling for an average price of £364,180. Terraced properties sold for an average of £783,060, with detached properties fetching £1,030,000.
Clapton, with an overall average price of £450,776 was more expensive than nearby Clapton Common (£361,374) and Upper Clapton (£361,374), but was cheaper than Lower Clapton (£561,794).
