The majority of sales in Clapton during the last year were flats, selling for an average price of £363,985. Terraced properties sold for an average of £770,091, with semi-detached properties fetching £553,333.
Clapton, with an overall average price of £451,382 was more expensive than nearby Clapton Common (£359,413) and Upper Clapton (£359,413), but was cheaper than Lower Clapton (£560,982).
