Most of the sales in Clowne over the past year were semi-detached properties which on average sold for £127,585. Detached properties had an average sold price of £219,090 and terraced properties averaged at £83,703.
Clowne, with an overall average price of £152,813 was more expensive than nearby Bolsover (£131,709), but was cheaper than Barlborough (£205,143) and Chesterfield (£174,503).
In the past year house prices in Clowne were 3% down on the year before and 5% up on 2015 when they averaged at £145,759.
