The majority of sales in Colindale during the last year were flats, selling for an average price of £357,558. Terraced properties sold for an average of £448,918, with semi-detached properties fetching £507,887.
Colindale, with an overall average price of £376,308, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Grahame Park (£384,664) and Grahame Park Estate (£384,664), but was cheaper than The Hyde (£398,700).
Overall sold prices in Colindale over the last year were 9% up on the previous year and 24% up on the 2014 level of £303,845.
