Coychurch, with an overall average price of £180,383, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Coity (£183,200), but was more expensive than Brackla (£130,195) and cheaper than Treoes (£273,750).
During the last year, sold prices in Coychurch were 15% down on the previous year and 30% down on 2009 when the average house price was £256,813.
