Cranmore, with an overall average price of £329,600, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Bouldnor (£337,056), but was more expensive than I O W (£302,676) and Shalfleet (£259,200).
During the last year, sold prices in Cranmore were similar to the previous year and 16% down on 2012 when the average house price was £392,500.
