Cranmore, with an overall average price of £355,000, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby I O W (£342,046), but was more expensive than Bouldnor (£302,630) and Shalfleet (£238,000).
During the last year, sold prices in Cranmore were 14% up on the previous year and 10% down on 2012 when the average house price was £392,500.
