The majority of sales in Cromer during the last year were flats, selling for an average price of £142,392. Detached properties sold for an average of £278,060, with terraced properties fetching £175,425.
Cromer, with an overall average price of £194,956 was cheaper than nearby West Runton (£295,665), Overstrand (£257,194) and Sheringham (£253,373).
Overall sold prices in Cromer over the last year were similar to the previous year and 11% up on the 2008 level of £175,806.
