The majority of sales in Cromer during the last year were flats, selling for an average price of £142,277. Detached properties sold for an average of £251,666, with terraced properties fetching £173,097.
Cromer, with an overall average price of £188,463 was cheaper than nearby West Runton (£279,763), Overstrand (£220,683) and Sheringham (£225,619).
Overall sold prices in Cromer over the last year were 5% up on the previous year and 7% up on the 2008 level of £175,806.
