The majority of sales in Cuffley during the last year were detached properties, selling for an average price of £836,115. Flats sold for an average of £219,807, with semi-detached properties fetching £535,638.
Cuffley, with an overall average price of £700,438, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Cuffley Hills (£699,503), but was more expensive than Goffs Oak (£516,157) and cheaper than Northaw (£910,974).
Overall sold prices in Cuffley over the last year were 12% up on the previous year and 16% up on the 2008 level of £604,317.
