Cuffley, with an overall average price of £674,145 was more expensive than nearby Goffs Oak (£468,862), but was cheaper than Cuffley Hills (£728,203) and Northaw (£1,437,568).
Overall sold prices in Cuffley over the last year were 31% up on the previous year and 11% up on the 2008 level of £604,794.
