The majority of sales in Cuffley during the last year were detached properties, selling for an average price of £741,684. Flats sold for an average of £225,748, with semi-detached properties fetching £471,405.
Cuffley, with an overall average price of £596,823 was more expensive than nearby Goffs Oak (£487,471), but was cheaper than Cuffley Hills (£674,912) and Northaw (£1,028,085).
Overall sold prices in Cuffley over the last year were similar to the previous year and similar to the 2008 level of £604,794.
