The majority of sales in Dalston during the last year were flats, selling for an average price of £499,500. Terraced properties sold for an average of £1,061,280, with semi-detached properties fetching £1,748,855.
Dalston, with an overall average price of £596,508, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Haggerston (£607,157), but was more expensive than Kingsland (£558,944) and cheaper than London Fields (£665,233).
Overall sold prices in Dalston over the last year were 16% up on the previous year and 40% up on the 2013 level of £425,021.
