Most of the sales in Dumpton over the past year were detached properties which on average sold for £300,411. Semi-detached properties had an average sold price of £212,795 and flats averaged at £121,426.
Dumpton, with an overall average price of £224,432 was more expensive than nearby Ramsgate (£171,256), Margate (£167,216) and St. Peters (£203,488).
In the past year house prices in Dumpton were 7% up on the year before and 3% down on 2008 when they averaged at £230,844.
