Most of the sales in Dumpton over the past year were semi-detached properties which on average sold for £216,567. Detached properties had an average sold price of £302,990 and flats averaged at £125,492.
Dumpton, with an overall average price of £227,501 was more expensive than nearby Ramsgate (£172,187) and Margate (£166,870), but was cheaper than Kingsgate (£252,152).
In the past year house prices in Dumpton were 7% up on the year before and similar to 2008 when they averaged at £230,844.
