Most of the sales in Dunvant over the past year were semi-detached properties which on average sold for £151,059. Detached properties had an average sold price of £208,594 and terraced properties averaged at £130,004.
Dunvant, with an overall average price of £163,070, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Gowerton (£158,761), but was cheaper than Killay (£183,515) and Three Crosses (£246,750).
In the past year house prices in Dunvant were 7% up on the year before and 4% down on 2009 when they averaged at £169,764.
