Most of the sales in Dunvant over the past year were semi-detached properties which on average sold for £160,459. Detached properties had an average sold price of £222,727 and terraced properties averaged at £134,083.

Dunvant, with an overall average price of £170,253, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Gowerton (£166,822), but was cheaper than Killay (£185,444) and Three Crosses (£230,636).

In the past year house prices in Dunvant were 11% up on the year before and similar to 2009 when they averaged at £169,764.
