The majority of sales in Ealing during the last year were flats, selling for an average price of £475,849. Terraced properties sold for an average of £764,955, with semi-detached properties fetching £1,041,193.
Ealing, with an overall average price of £664,406, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby West Ealing (£640,421) and South Ealing (£648,407), but was more expensive than Elthorne Heights (£519,529).
Overall sold prices in Ealing over the last year were 5% up on the previous year and 24% up on the 2013 level of £535,019.
