The majority of sales in East Croydon during the last year were flats, selling for an average price of £266,125. Terraced properties sold for an average of £409,901, with semi-detached properties fetching £477,414.
East Croydon, with an overall average price of £319,487, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Croydon (£332,711) and Woodside (£318,522), but was cheaper than Addiscombe (£375,252).
Overall sold prices in East Croydon over the last year were similar to the previous year and 18% up on the 2014 level of £271,201.
